  • KRSTL 3D PLAN will be charged for upon approval of the plan.
  • KRSTL 3D REVISION PLAN will be charged for unless it is included in the KRSTL Package that you have chosen for your patient’s treatment.
  • KRSTL 3D VIRTUAL ROOT MOVEMENT PLANNING is an additional service and will be charged for prior to approval.
  • KRSTL 3D SMILE DESIGN is an additional service and will be charged for prior to approval.
  • COLLECTIONS OF IMPRESSIONS will be charged for regardless of whether the KRSTL Plan has been approved or not.
